Chef Gavin Foster (formerly of Bathers' Pavilion) serves up a concise modern Australian menu, ranging from a duck salad with glazed quince and toasted macadamias; to pan-fried barramundi with white bean skordalia and sweet pepper salsa. No decadent weekday lunch is complete without a wee drop of something from the wine list: a smart selection compiled by award-winning sommelier Chris Morrison.
